Since each of our pieces is specially handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept exchanges or returns. We encourage you to review the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.

Custom-made products are created exclusively for you, and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

One-time alterations under specific circumstances can be undertaken

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

At HOUSE OF ARSHIYAA, we ensure the safety of your order, however in any circumstances if you receive a product in a damaged condition, you can notify us within 48 hours at thehouseofarshiyaa@gmail.com or Whats App on us +91 95998 32599 with the picture of the order. After review, a Returns and Exchanges form will be shared with you to fill in all the requisite information.


What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I had ordered?

We ensure that we always deliver the right product to you. However in any case you receive a wrong order, you can notify us within 48 hours with your order number. You can contact us at thehouseofarshiyaa@gmail.com or call our Customer Service No. +91 95998 32599 we will resolve the same on priority.


Alterations

Altered pieces cannot be exchanged. However, if you’d like assistance with fit after receiving your order, we’re happy to help. Please note: customers are responsible for two-way shipping charges for alterations.
